texas august, texas hell heat

Here I am many months later. hit a year at this current gig of mine. on most of my resolutions, are in progressing stages. and I am not just saying that. Still working on the new job. japanese, art, site, youtube, etc so on. and I broke my girlfriend down to actual plan on a wedding.

this resolution, has been too great for even me. been so busy I am still behind on madmen, and dexter. pretty much cut tv out altogether. alot of work to do still. I lost 2 lbs in 6 months. is that a start?
wish to get in shape to the point that I could actually pull ash costume off flawlessly. think I can do it? I give you three guesses and the first two don't count.

I had a secret a dream of mine might actually come true. I just need a little miracle and alot of time.
someone in a buissness, I always wanted to break into since I was 10 is willing to look at my stuff.

I am not down for the count yet!

It has been awhile. I think I am overwhelmed. I need to focus on just one or two things at once, instead of 5 and 7, this way I will go in no direction fast. I need a teacher, to help keep my dreams in balance. Still have not found a better job, there is one out there I just know it! I am thinking of saving up for silk screen print parts. I have alot of bizarre cool designs, there are so many ideas and dreams that refuse to settle for a mundane life. I am charged for the future, I just need someone to kick my ass into gear when I get sidetracked. I can do this! only 7 months to go to destroy 22 new years relolution. I am also thinking of going on a 2k aday calorie diet. cards, and script is next. I wonder how vespy is doing on the site. Don't give up on me yet, we have a future to attend to!!

frustration and , well .... frustration

There is no progress to post. I am still looking for a better job, to fund my other resolutions.
hmmm, I might need to rethink this one. I also gained 5 pounds. japanese, shows so little improvement, its like rolling a baseball into the grand canyon and claiming you filled it.

I will need everyone to wish me luck on this one!

bite the curb doom and gloom!!

Right now on I have sadly not much to update. I have not progressed in the japanese language much, though I am learning many new words. monosugoi! The better job search is just going. But never fret me, I am determined more than ever, to rise to the challenge of great employment!
I have also unstuck myself from the comic story writers block I have been having for the past 6 months. Though my job is on the line once again.

On a side note I have finished my awesome ash costume from the evil dead series.
truth be told I have been ash for about three years now.

Also, I have saved enough money to do some cooking for a few nights. pictures will follow.
many new recipes I wish to try, though it will wait for the new job. Excitement afoot.

Last week it snowed for an hour at work, on my lunch break I made a snowman, unfortunately I ran out of ice.

I named him darryl.
He passed away an hour later.

This is what I really I have accomplished from my list so far:

>finally get married (after 10 years)- mid feburary I am finally engaged

>publish script- I am done with my second draft, now for my third

>strip website- what I have so far

>learn japanese and get fairly decent at it- so far I only have memorized hiragana, most
of katakana, and a hand full of words, and greetings

>become an intermediate at the culinary arts- I have learned about 3 italian dishes,
3 japanese dishes, 3 chinese dishes. All came out far better than expected.
I have a believe system when it comes to cooking, anything less than
deliscous is failure.

>diy furniture and devices- on these I have a list and set of designs all I need is funding
to buy supplies to get to work on this. That is where a better job would come in handy.

ten months to go lets see what I can possibly accomplish by next month!

*on a side note my newly found fiance is helping me with website, and an
education on web design.

Now, I am not sure what to do now, I think when my site is done I can move on
to my next task. Mean time it is time to look for a better paying job.

For now I will rest, for today I have planted the biggest garden, I have
ever attempted to grow, looks like I am going all out this year.

So here it is my new years resolutions list. It may seem impossible for someone like me with limited resources. But, I am determined to finally live my life the way I dreamed. Maybe just maybe I can finally move to Austin after all these years of wanting. (sigh)

-get my skin condition under control

Since it is already march I don't have time to loose, lets go!!!!

In the beginning....

My name is J, I am a collector (I am a fail collector, I am one of the nice ones, thus always on the verge of being unemployed) Before that a care giver, before that a video store clerk.

Each job held a place in my life for a period in time for what I did and the people I worked with. These places lead obviously nowhere. (no surprise needed) And through a series of bad luck and bad decisions I ended up here. Watching everyone move forward except me.

So now my PC is finally back from the grave. I will finally make this new years blog, my new years resolution. These resolutions, ( exaggeratedly overconfident to say the least) number in the high teens. A futile attempt to go back to fix all the things the went wrong with my life.

The whole point of making this blog so that ( hopefully, very hopefully) other bloggers will give me suggestions on how to achieve these goals. Resulting in my not resembling a pile of poo doo.
